Cancelling an ongoing engagement

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with the notice period set out in your proposal, which is typically thirty days. The current period is payable in full and work continues until it ends.

Refunds

Fees for work already carried out are not refundable, because the time and third-party costs have been spent. If you have paid in advance for work that has not yet started, that portion is refundable in full.

If we have failed to deliver what was agreed, tell us. We would rather correct the work or refund the relevant portion than leave a client unhappy.

Advertising spend

Money paid directly to Google, Meta or any other advertising platform is held by that platform, not by us, and is subject to their own refund rules. Our management fee is separate from your media budget.

How to request a refund

Email info@ubwebs.com with your invoice reference and the reason. We will respond within seven working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen working days.
